This is a full-time hourly position located in Hershey, Pennsylvania. The company will not provide relocation assistance.
Hershey’s Chocolate World Create Your Own Candy Bar Senior Area Coordinator supports the Create Your Own Candy Bar (CYOCB) attraction inside Hershey’s Chocolate World. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure all operational aspects are executed flawlessly and that each guest has an exceptional experience within the attraction. This position requires a focus on exceptional customer service and expects the Senior Area Coordinator to be approachable, courteous, and knowledgeable about our products, be able to clearly communicate with guests and assist them with questions, as well as provide general information to guests with a high level of professionalism.
Major Duties/Responsibilities:
Day-to-day operations on the Create Your Own Candy Bar attraction Perform candy bar line operator duties and responsibilities Act as a main point of contact for the CYOCB attraction Train team members on good manufacturing practices Keep team members and leaders informed about the CYOCB operation Partner with the Scheduling Team to ensure proper staffing levels Partner with all Attractions’ leaders to problem solve guests’ issues that arise within CYOCB attraction Maintain a training guide for new CYOCB employees Partner with Warehouse to order supplies Partner with the Groups and Events staff to ensure proper staffing levels Partner with the ticketing leaders to have knowledge of show times and groups entering CYOCB attraction

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is required Experience: 1 year of customer service, food manufacturing, or relevant experience and knowledge of good manufacturing practices is required
