Receive all inbound calls to close Leads wanting to receive treatments at our clinic Call, email, and use various communication forms to close the leads Receive all inbound calls to answer questions – fact find and qualify lead/route to appropriate team member if needed Enthusiastic, persistent, friendly and professional on the phone Implement training material throughout calls Work with patients to ensure they are satisfied with the services provided Provide excellent service to our patients and apply effective troubleshooting techniques under pressure Present care plans prescribed by the healthcare providers to our patients Encourage happy patients to send us their success stories Share patient success stories during daily company meeting Implement our Care system to follow-up with our patients to provide 5-star service
