The Role at a glance:We are looking for a motivated Full-Time Dining Room Supervisor to join our healthcare team in Indianapolis, IN. As a Dining Room Supervisor for Cura Hospitality, you will have the opportunity to ensure a high quality dining experience for customers, staff, and visitors at an assigned location. This position will oversee the dining room for Independent Living.
What you'll be doing: Supervising the daily operation of the dining room. Scheduling, managing, and training dining room employees. Handling customer service interactions. What we're looking for:Must-haves:
Experience supervising multiple employees. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Casual/Fine Dining Restaurant experience preferredNice-to-haves:
Previous hospitality management experience.
