The Instructor of Film is responsible for teaching courses in film production while also overseeing the management and development of the Film and New Media Production program. This role requires a combination of instructional excellence, program administration, and industry engagement to ensure the delivery of a high-quality, workforce-centered education and the success of the program. 30% + Teach the equivalent of five (5) face-to-face and online courses per semester (fall and spring 20% + Program management, including advising student 15% + College service (committee assignments, recruitment events, etc.) 15% + Develop and revise curricula 15% + Professional development (conferences, workshops, publications, etc.) 5% + Other duties as assigned Benefits for unclassified employees are determined by the individual hiring authority.
