Job Skills / Requirements
SUMMARY: Maintain the a large multi zone irrigation system at a client site in the southwest region of the United States. Supervise and perform daily, specialty tasks such as scheduling irrigation repairs, maintenance , operations and irrigation audits.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following (other duties may be assigned):
The primary responsibility of the Irrigation tech is to maintain the grounds maintenance of the client.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos, Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees or the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divides in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
SUMMARY: Maintain the grounds including fleet (mowers, UTV’s, etc.)
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following (other duties may be assigned):
The primary responsibility of the Grounds Lead is to direct daily maintenance related to the landscaping maintenance including but not limited to flower beds and trees. Maintain ground equipment.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
2years of experience in performing ground maintenance. Pesticide technician holding a current license. 2 years’ experience in working with irrigation systems. 2 years’ experience working as custodian or general cleaning.
