Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Job Description: We are seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Primary Care Office. The ideal candidate will be an experienced, reliable, and friendly professional who is passionate about patient care. Responsibilities:
Provide patient care and education.Perform triage duties and assist in patient assessments.Utilize electronic health records (EHR) for documentation.Conduct EKGs and stress tests as required.Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate dependability in all tasks.Essential Skills:
1+ years of LPN experience.Active State of CT LPN Licensure.Experience working in a medical office setting.Experience with triage.Proficiency in using Epic EHR system.Knowledge of medical terminology.Strong patient care skills.Ability to conduct EKGs and stress tests.Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Confidence in clinical skills.Ability to work well with the healthcare team.Honesty and integrity.Willingness to speak up if something is wrong.Positive attitude.Work Environment: You will be working in a busy Primary Care Office with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm. The team is composed of professionals ranging from Medical Assistants to Physician Assistants. The environment is dynamic, and every team member takes pride in their work, knowing that every moment matters. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $33.00
