We treat patients with opioid use disorder (OUD) using medications such as methadone and suboxone/ buprenorphine. Day in the Life of a ProviderEvaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in our outpatient clinic settings
Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments as indicated by patient assessment
Complete medical documentation per Crossroads standards
Collaborate with clinic staff to provide holistic care to patients, including referrals to other medical providers and community services
Schedule & LocationsDanville, VA
Weekly hours: 30 (Full-time Monday through Thursday)
Education and Licensure RequirementsCertified as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of practice
DEA licensure in the state you are applying to work in
Additional education or certification may be required depending on state of practice
