Are you an outgoing, energetic individual who enjoys interacting with people? Marvin Replacement is looking for a Canvasser to represent our brand through outdoor marketing efforts. In this role, you’ll engage potential customers, promote Marvin Replacement products, and generate qualified sales appointments. Highlights of your role Engage directly with potential customers through door-to-door outreach, creating awareness and interest in Marvin Replacement products.Generate and schedule qualified sales appointments through positive, informative interactions.Represent Marvin Replacement at trade shows, events, and retail warehouse locations.Communicate professionally with potential customers in a respectful, friendly, and engaging manner.Maintain detailed records of interactions, feedback, and leads generated.Work towards achieving proximity marketing targets and company goals.Participate in ongoing training to enhance promotion techniques and stay informed about Marvin Replacement products.

Competitive Pay: Earn $20/hour as a base hourly wage, with additional earning potential through performance bonuses. Average earnings can exceed $30+/hour. Unlimited earning potential!Work/Life Balance: 4-day work week with a fixed schedule.Wednesday - Friday: 11:30am - 8:00pmSaturday - 9:30am - 7:00pmPaid Training: Receive comprehensive training both in-office and in the field to ensure your success.Work with a team that values excellence, innovation, and customer connectionsCareer growth opportunities! Compensation $20 - $30 with an hourly wage and performance bonuses You're a good fit if you have (or if you can) Excellent communication skills and a professional, engaging personality.Previous experience in sales, customer service, or appointment setting is preferred but not required.Self-motivated and able to work independently without direct supervision.Strong attention to detail and punctuality. Also want to make sure you have Must be 18 years of age or older.Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Comfortable walking up to 5 miles per day outdoors, including up and down hills.
