Full Time Salesperson
Position Summary: The Sales Associate will assist customers in selecting products by providing personalized recommendations and demonstrating direct sales methods. This role also includes basic clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining a clean and organized store. Position Responsibilities: + Greet and assist customers, offering product recommendations that meet their needs. + Provide detailed information on the products, delivery options, and services offered by Orville’s Appliances, Inc. + Use the CRM tool, Tyler, to document and track customer interactions and purchases. + Finalize sales, including coordinating delivery and installation, and follow up with customer’s post-purchase. + Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and well-stocked. + Process payments through various methods, including in-store financing. + Track inventory levels and restock products as needed. + Perform any other tasks as assigned by management. Position Qualifications: + High School Diploma or GED equivalent. + Experience preferred, but not necessary; training will be provided. + Previous experience with CRM software is a plus. Skills and Abilities: + Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software. + Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage customers in a friendly and helpful manner. + Ability to work well in a team and maintain a positive attitude. + Excellent verbal communication and general math skills. + Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and achieving monthly sales targets. Physical Requirements: + Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. + Capacity for prolonged sitting and standing during work hours.
