The Role at a glance:We are looking to add an experienced, motivated Full-Time Sanitation Supervisor to our healthcare & food service team in Baton Rouge, LA. As a Sanitation Supervisor with Cura Hospitality, you will oversee and maintain the cleanliness and health standards at a food production facility. As a Sanitation Supervisor, your job duties include overseeing all cleaning workers, implementing company policies related to a clean work environment, performing regular inspections, and maintaining inventory levels for the cleaning staff.
What you'll be doing: Caring for and cleaning floors and table areas. Completing Deep cleaning projects in the kitchen as assigned. Restocking supplies in the dining area. Removal and proper disposal of waste. Receiving and stocking inventory. Cleaning, maintaining, and sanitizing dishes, utensils, cooking equipment, the dish room, and other equipment. What we're looking for:Must-haves:
Prior experience leading a team. Able to use safe operating procedures and sound judgement. Able to provide close attention to details. Able to work both independently and as part of a team.Nice-to-haves:
1 year of supervisory experience. Prior experience in foodservice and/or a maintenance role.
