Overview Brighton Ski Resort is looking for friendly and enthusiastic Ticket Sellers and Guest Service Professionals for the 2024/2025 winter season. Located in the Brighton Center, our Ticketing and Guest Services Offices are the information hubs of the resort. These positions can be fast paced and require a level of multi-tasking and troubleshooting abilities. Brighton’s ticket widow is the first stop for many of our visitors and is an opportunity to make a great first impression. If you like working at a fast pace and being an expert on products, you will be a great fit to our small ticket sales team. We are currently looking for Full-time and Part time help in our Ticket office and Guest Services Desk. Responsibilities Be a friendly and welcoming face for guests from across the globe! Have a comprehensive understanding of all ticket products such as various rates, discounts offered, promotions, and events Complete accurate transactions for purchases Work with and assists your teammates to provide exceptional guest service Keep a clean workspace, restock items as needed, and assist with opening/closing duties Clearly and effectively communicate with guests via phone, email and in person. Be able to relay needed information to other departments to create an exceptional guest experience.
