Job Description:

We are seeking a versatile and motivated Fullstack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a subset of the following skills, with a willingness to learn and grow in other areas. This role involves collaborating with team members to develop and maintain high-quality software solutions, ensuring comprehensive testing, and providing support in ticket creation and documentation.

This position requires the employee to work onsite at a classified Government facility on Port San Antonio three days a week.


Key Responsibilities:

Contribute to the development and maintenance of software applications

Write and execute unit tests and automated tests using frameworks such as Cypress

Collaborate with team members to design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions

Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback

Troubleshoot and resolve software issues

Contribute to continuous improvement of development and deployment processes.

Create and manage tickets in Jira and assist other team members in their ticket creation

Document processes and projects in Confluence

Minimum Requirements:

Must posses a minimum of a Secret clearance

Must possess a Bachelor's Degree OR a 4 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree

Minimum of 5 years of familiarity with unit testing and automated testing frameworks, preferably Cypress

Willingness to learn or existing proficiency in front-end development with React, NextJS, JavaScript, and TypeScript

Minimum of 5 years of experience with PostgreSQL

Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)

Proficiency in ticket creation and management using Jira

Ability to create and maintain documentation in Confluence

Willingness to learn or existing proficiency in Java, including JPA, Spring, and Hibernate

Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Experience with agile development methodologies

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines

Familiarity with Git, Docker, ORMs, RESTful APIs, JDBC, Junit

Secret

Salary Range: 

$96,400.00 - $182,400.00
