Description We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our team located in Dallas, Fort Worth, Texas. This role involves working on maintenance product applications, collaborating with various team members to understand and develop according to business requirements, and implementing new technologies to enhance current processes. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity. About the position: We are seeking a talented and dedicated Developer proficient in Java and Angular. This role involves maintaining and enhancing product applications as well as troubleshooting and debugging complex issues. Key Responsibilities: + Collaborate with internal team members to understand application requirements. + Develop corporate needs in line with business requirements. + Maintain and enhance existing enterprise applications using test-driven development. + Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, identifying and implementing viable solutions. + Create project specifications, requirements, and estimates. + Implement new technologies to optimize current processes, security, and performance. + Adhere to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines. Requirements Minimum Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline. + 4+ years of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience in large-scale application development. + Extensive experience in designing and open-source programming. Preferred Qualifications: + 6+ years of SDLC experience. + Previous experience in the Airline Industry would be advantageous. Skills and Certifications: + Proficiency in Java, Angular JS, and Node JS programming. + Familiarity with performance tuning, cloud-based development, web services, and front-end frameworks. + Competency in object-oriented design and Agile methodologies. + Knowledge of DevOps toolchain methodologies, including continuous integration and deployment.
