We are committed to hiring talented individuals who excel in their fields and fostering their growth with the autonomy, resources, and support needed to achieve their full potential. **Responsibilities:** + Develop new features based on customer requirements for existing applications. + Containerize new and existing solutions to optimize team collaboration and ensure smooth knowledge transfer to clients. + Anticipate client needs by making strategic software decisions that enhance user experience and facilitate long-term adaptability. + Communicate technical details effectively to team members and provide critical project updates to clients. + Design and support distributed systems with a focus on high availability, scalability, and reliability. + Develop and maintain RESTful APIs within a microservices architecture. + Provision and maintain systems for development teams using tools like ESXi and vSphere. + Engage in rapid prototyping, evaluating multiple technology options to deliver proof-of-concept solutions. + Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system accessibility, resource utilization, and performance. + Collaborate with the team on project planning and execution for larger initiatives. **Qualifications:** **_Required:_** + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline with 6 years of experience in application prototyping, or a Master’s degree with 4 years of experience, or a Ph.D. with no experience required. In lieu of a degree, an additional 4 years of experience is required, totaling 10 years. + Proficiency in Python and experience setting up development environments (e.g., Python venv, Jupyter Notebooks). + Expertise in automation scripting using Bash. + Experience with containerization and orchestration, primarily using Docker (Kubernetes a plus). + Familiarity with both relational and non-relational databases. + Strong understanding of data structures such as YAML and JSON. + Ability to contribute across the full stack beyond core areas of focus. + Hands-on experience with VMware tools like ESXi, vCenter, and vSphere. + Linux system administration experience. **_Desired:_** + Experience with Go, C, or C++ is a plus.
