Entry level position performing routine program management functions on assigned projects or sub-projects of a general nature and limited scope. Completes, with detailed instructions, assignments in support of one or more weapon, product/service, or reimbursable programs.

Duties and Responsibilities\rAssists in the program management activities to manage one or more moderate to significantly complex program elements.Provides input into the review and execution of innovative solutions to technical issuesParticipates in the development of cost and schedule framework for projects and program elementsParticipates in the establishment of production/project definitions, maintenance of schedules, and engineering releases associated with weapon or reimbursable programsAssists in the technical, administrative, and logistical liaison roles with company, Department of Energy, design agencies, laboratories, integrated contractors, and other government agencies for one or more program elementsBuilds and maintains collaborative relationships with other internal business unitsYou Must Have\rBachelors Degree requiredMust have graduatedfrom an accredited college or university since May 2024, or will graduate by May 2025Ability to travel up to 25% of the time Ability to work remote, hybrid, or on-site as directed by management and is determined by the needs of the business Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this job United States CitizenshipAbility to obtain and maintain, if required for position, a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) security clearance (some positions require additional DOE designations)We Value\rBachelors degree is Business or EngineeringAdditional InformationJOB ID: 1408Remote Eligibility: On-SiteTravel Required: 0-10%Hourly/Salary: SalaryRelocation Available: Yes
