BS/BA degree with a concentration in accounting and active pursuit of CPA3+ years of auditing experience with a public accounting firmA service mentality and a thorough understanding of accounting debits and credits along with audit risk areasAbility to work independently on assignments and address issues or questions with your engagement manager or partnerStrong time management, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills along with attention to detailUnderstand full engagement management process including client expectations, able to leverage your manager's time wellAbility to build relationships with client staffEncourage open dialogue and ongoing team communicationOpen to learning and practicing effective presentation skills both verbally and writtenLearn and employ best practice supervision techniques and use team resources effectivelyResearch and propose ideas to increase innovation and efficiencyIdentify training needs and develop team membersUnderstand risks and ensure compliance with firm policy Knowledge and demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applicationsExperience with Pro F/X is a plus
