Job Title: Architectural Project Manager
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager with several years of experience managing retail-based roll-out projects. You will be responsible for overseeing 40-60 projects annually. This role requires a strong understanding of building components and systems, as well as general building design experience. The ideal candidate will have a proactive mindset and the ability to keep a demanding client satisfied. Regular overtime will be required.
Responsibilities
+ Manage 40-60 retail-based roll-out projects annually.
+ Coordinate with MEP and structural engineering consultants.
+ Review work from MEP and structural engineers at a high level.
+ Coordinate with internal permitting team to submit projects and address comments.
+ Oversee all disciplines within the architectural project management scope.
+ Ensure projects are completed on-time and within scope.
+ Maintain a high level of client satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Essential Skills
+ Project management experience in retail construction.
+ Experience with construction documents and permitting processes.
+ Proficiency in AutoCAD.
+ Strong understanding of building components and systems.
+ Experience coordinating with MEP and structural engineering consultants.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with refits and exterior building design on existing buildings.
+ Ability to work with outside consulting firms.
Work Environment
The primary design software used is AutoCAD, and the candidate will need to work closely with various internal and external teams to ensure project success.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $75000.00/yr.

Eligible employees will be able toparticipate in the program on January 1st or July 1st following eligibility.HolidaysArcVision recognizes the 6 major holidays.
