Job Title: Revit Project Coordinator
Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Revit Project Coordinator with at least 5 years of post-school experience. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Revit, familiar with family creation, manipulation, and customization, and have some level of construction drawing experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD is a bonus but not a core requirement. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines are essential.

ResponsibilitiesCreate, manipulate, and customize Revit families.Produce construction drawings and documents.Provide samples of work, including a portfolio and at least three examples of files where families were created or manipulated.Effectively communicate and convey information to clients and document actions for the team.Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently.Participate in a Revit test for family creation and manipulation before an offer is made.Essential SkillsProficiency in Revit with experience in family creation, manipulation, and customization.Experience in construction drawing.Strong communication skills and confidence in client interactions.Ability to manage deadlines and multiple projects simultaneously.Proficiency in AutoCAD (bonus).Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with retail and restaurant design is a plus.Field survey experience is preferred.Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.Work Environment

The ideal candidate should be closer to the St. Louis market, although this is not a requirement. The role involves a combination of ground-up and remodel projects, with tilt-up experience being a plus. Projects include work for clients like Panera, First Watch, and Tesla. The work environment requires effective communication, accurate documentation, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $70000.00

Health Insurance
All full time Associates are entitled/provided Group Insurance through a company program.
ArcVision pays 100% of the monthly premium for full time Associates. Associates are responsible
for paying a portion (set amount determined by the company) of the additional coverage for
spouse and families. Associates are eligible and make the choice to enroll on the first of the
following month after their 30th day of employment.
Dental Insurance
All full time Associates are entitled/provided Group Insurance through a company program. The
employee pays 100% of the premium for themselves and their dependents. Associates are
eligible and make the choice to enroll on the first of the following month after their 30th day of
employment.
AFLAC Insurance
All full time Associates are entitled/provided AFLAC Insurance through a company program.
The employee pays 100% of the premium through payroll deduction for themselves and their
dependents. Associates are eligible and make the choice to enroll on the first of the following
month after their 30th day of employment.
Disability Insurance
ArcVision pays 100% of both a short and long term disability policy along with a life insurance
policy for all eligible Associates. Eligibility begins after the 90 days of employment.
Retirement Plan
After 1 year of continuous employment, Associates are eligible to participate in the company
sponsored 401K plan for tax deferred retirement savings. Eligible employees will be able to
participate in the program on January 1st or July 1st following eligibility.
Holidays
ArcVision recognizes the 6 major holidays. Employees are eligible for Holiday pay after their 90
days of employment.
PTO (Paid Time Off)
The amount of PTO time which an employee is entitled to is dependent upon their length of
continuous full-time service as follows:
Years of Continuous Full-Time Service PTO Time Earned
Less than one year Prorated (after 90 days)
1 year to 4 years 15 working days
5 years to 9 years 20 working days
10 years or more 25 working days
PTO Birthday
Eligible after 90 days - a single day on or near your birthday. Timeframe explained in more detail
in employee manual
