Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
The incumbent will have to interact with personnel operating an existing environment by analyzing operational procedures and interpreting how customer needs can be best met.They will participate in the migration of our operating system and its evolution. Assessment of existing procedures and processes as well as identify problems and make recommendations where process automation is improved and could be implemented - in cooperation with managersParticipate in the migration of an ERP systemMaintain relationships with systems and operations staff to formulate and implement solutions to improve processing; Write system modification proposals / System test plans, execution.Evaluate the effectiveness of system changesPrepare the implementation documentation.Analyze the client's needs, guide them in the appropriate functional solutions taking into account budgetary commitments and delivery deadlines;Guide the development teams in their analyzes and solve functional problems so that the proposed solutions are coherent and take into account the needs of users and the system architecture as well as the constraints to be respectedDevelop specifications and configure workflowsQualificationsThe successful candidate will hold the following qualifications:
Hold a university degree in a field related to IT5 years of experience in a functional analyst position; Knowledge or experience of an ERP information system5+ years of experience with MS Dynamics 365 ERP (preferred Procurement and Supply Chain modules)Experience in the industrial or manufacturing sectorExperience with relational databases (SQL)Experience in the implementation of information system from A to Z and process analysisPerfectly bilingual (French / English)Experience with the Agile approach Has a valid driver's license; Available for travel locally and internationally (20%) and legally authorized to travel abroad.Additional InformationWhat we offer!
