Functional Analyst IV
Our client, a leader in the technology sector, is seeking a Functional Analyst IV to join their team. As a Functional Analyst IV, you will be part of the Data Conversion team supporting the global expansion of Workday for Human Capital Management (HCM). The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization. Position is 100% remote, although candidates must be located in the Central or Eastern time zone. **Job Title:** Functional Analyst IV **Location:** Houston, TX **Pay Range:** $104.32 per hour **What's the Job?** + Facilitate and lead discussions around requirements, conversion, and validation methodology of data to and from Workday. + Lead and guide data conversion activities during deployment of Workday modules, ensuring smooth transitions from legacy systems. + Partner with internal clients to resolve data conversion-related issues, ensuring data integrity and achieving greater process efficiencies. + Facilitate data-related problem-solving between third-party vendors, customer resources, and subject matter experts. + Research data conversion and reporting issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective measures. **What's Needed?** + 3+ years of hands-on Workday experience in senior data conversion roles across implementations and deployments. + Knowledge of ETL processes and experience with data conversion and migration strategies from systems like Oracle, Peoplesoft, AS400, and SAP. + Good understanding of Workday methodology and tenant build stages. + Experience mapping data requirements and translating them to Workday structures/workbooks. + Strong focus on customer satisfaction while effectively managing client expectations. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to work on a large-scale global project with a diverse team. + Gain valuable experience in data conversion and implementation processes. + Collaborate with industry-leading partners and experts. + Enhance your skills in data management and reporting. + Be part of a dynamic and inclusive work environment.
