Kforce has a client in Cincinnati, OH that is seeking a Functional Analyst to join their team on a 6-month contract to hire basis. Responsibilities: * Assist with the maintenance of daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reporting functions * Gather Retail Operations data from multiple databases, platforms, stakeholders, and 3rd party vendors to complete analyze * Transform large data sets through data wrangling, exploratory data analysis, and predictive modeling * Leverage Power BI (and other data visualization tools) to build and maintain custom reports and dashboards to reveal trends and correlations in large data sets * Implement row level security in the Power BI (and other data visualization tools) to enable secured viewing of the reports for designated job levels and locations * Identify opportunities to enhance reporting capabilities and improve processes * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the data needs to execute department and enterprise-wide strategic objectives and initiatives * Identify and communicate any data-related issues and recommendations to the business owner, manager, and the team * Provide data insights and solutions to leaders to drive decision-making
