Essential Responsibilities:
Utilize existing business domain expertise from USCAN Service or related GEHC Roles to perform deep functional analysis of the Siebel CRM Platform
Provide timely support for periodic audits and day-to-day production support
Engage with parallel teams to support interfaces with other systems including (but not limited) to GLProd, EOM, OFS, PQM, etc
Root Cause, Test, resolve issues, create requirements, modify documentation, modify test scripts
Detecting, triaging, and prioritizing issues with existing or newly changed requirements via independently driven process or via requests from other Siebel CRM Users
Participate in all release process steps of Development Operations Release Cycles and Full cycle Change Controls
End User training of USCAN Service CRM Users on Siebel CRM Processes and Navigations
Responsibilities may not be limited to the above and are subject to change
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent military training
Existing Domain expertise and user experience on the Siebel USCAN Service CRM Platform
Deep end user experience Process expertise from past roles in one or more of the following USCAN Service Roles and Service Content areas: Field Engineer, CSC Experience including Call Center, TSE, Service Operations, Master Data Set-ups including IB, Contracts & Service Sales, Inside Parts Sales, Depot Processes
Ability to learn/understand other Siebel 8.1 CRM System Views, Data Flows & Service Business functions/processes in System Views
Ability to think in detailed, discrete process steps to define testing process and to off-road and think out of the box to test and solve problems
Ability to train other people both new and experience to navigate in Siebel
IT Experience: Siebel CRM, MS Excel, MS Windows, Google Chrome
Attention to detail, accuracy and record keeping of work performed
Ability to take direction, then work independently and follow-up
Ability to work flexibly/remotely for minimum 40 hours per week with consideration to global team member hours including some weekend hours

Previous USCAN Service and Field service communication experience.
