MS Word Required 7 Years
MS Visio Required 7 Years
Familiar with developing systems via a structured SDLC methodology Required 7 Years
Ability to analyze and document complex business processes and work flows, and propose areas for improvement Required 7 Years
Ability to gather data via diverse means (i.e. interviews, observation, surveys, existing written documentation) and interpret relevant information Required 7 Years
Ability to effectively propose a mechanized solution for existing/modified work flows and business processes Required 7 Years
Ability to document screen mockups, wireframes, system flows, interfaces, use cases, and business rules. Required 7 Years

The Judiciary needs an Outstanding Functional Architect with strengths in Software Development and Business Process re-engineering . EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION both Verbal and Written is MANDATORY.
Req will be extended for 6 months beyond 6/30.

The FA must have the following skills:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills 
- Experience with developing systems via a structured SDLC methodology
- Experience with testing, training and user support
- Experience with UI design
- Ability to analyze and document complex business processes and work flows, and propose areas for improvement
- Ability to gather data via diverse means (i.e. interviews, observation, surveys, existing written documentation) and interpret relevant information
- Ability to document storyboards, screen mockups, wireframes, system flows, interfaces, use cases, and business rules
- Strong skills in Microsoft Visio
