As SNC's corporate team, we provide the company and its business areas with strategic direction and business support spanning executive management, finance and accounting, operations, human resources, legal, IT, information security, facilities, marketing, and communications.

Responsibilities:

Define business and IT processes to streamline the technical aspects of systems to align with business/IT needsEnsures functional content evolves concurrently with business/IT activitiesProcess analysis and documentationWorkflow creation that goes beyond business needs provided, but thinking big picture for most optimal opportunity and efficiency generationFacilitation of needs gathering sessions with stakeholders, ensuring the right questions so that business needs are understood and documented as thoroughly as possibleClose collaboration with project management teams and enterprise architecture functions

Qualifications You Must Have:

Bachelor's Degree in a related field with at least 0-2 or more years of relevant experienceHigher education may substitute for relevant experienceRelevant experience may be considered in lieu of required educationExperience with enterprise architecture, capability planning, and alignment of IT to corporate and BU strategyExperience designing, developing, and integrating applicationsProven experience participating in business systems implementations as a functional architect or business systems analyst, including but not limited to systems such as ERP, MES, CRM, PLM, and S2P.Strong facilitation, communication, teamwork and collaboration skillsAbility to create workflows in tools such as Visio and/or LucidUnderstanding of system integrations and ability to document requirements relating to these integrationsComprehension of process flow across teams and systems within an order-to-pay process

Qualifications We Prefer:

BSA or project management certificationExperience in participating in architecting enterprise systems such as PLM, MES, CRM, and ERPConceptualizing and developing abstract representationsDevOps methodology experience
