Job Description As the Functional Business Analyst-Data & Analytics, the successful candidate will document functional business requirements based on business needs, oversee the design, perform and coordinate user acceptance testing for an Enterprise Data Platform. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and presenting business data to support strategic decision-making across the organization. Must partner with business teams to capture the current state, business needs, and design solutions with the end in mind. Responsibilities: Understanding the current business process Turning business process opportunities into functional requirements that technology teams can understand and build. Take the lead in understanding and documenting the business processes. Create functional requirements for technology teams. Solutions need to be scalable to multiple countries and regions. Define requirements and obtain business approvals in a timely manner Ensure data systems and platforms are designed and implemented to support next-generation data and analytics capabilities. Act as a critical liaison between technical and business teams, simplifying complex concepts and fostering data-driven decision-making. Lead the discussions with business teams, identify key opportunities, assess current KPI’s and measure business value from new capabilities. Utilize SQL to query and extract data from a variety of sources, ensuring accuracy and relevance. Conduct in-depth data analysis and create reports that identify trends, opportunities, and challenges for Brink’s customers. Create and present impactful data visualizations using tools like PowerBI Develop project documentation and user training materials. Develop end-to-end Business Intelligence framework based on requirements including recommending appropriate user experience for business analytics and reporting Work closely with the D&A Business and Technology teams to guide in-solution development and implementation Qualifications: 10 years of experience in business analytics 10 years of experience in using SQL and able to write queries 5 years of experience in Logistics and Data Analysis 2 years of experience in Software Testing Experience building complex dashboards using PowerBi Ideally, You Are: A self-starter with a strong work ethic A strong team player, able to work with team members across all levels Able to effectively communicate complex issues and solutions, and raise issues to senior team members when necessary Comfortable participating in multiple projects with multiple complex workstreams while also focused on your single workstream (you are managing and doing).
