Right now, we are looking for a passionate Functional Consultant, BI to join our D&T team. He/She will be reporting to the BI Manager. The D&T Functional Consultant, BI is responsible for the effective operation of all systems in his area of responsibility by defining problems, developing solutions, coordinating testing and providing support. The D&T Functional Consultant, BI will need to gather and refine requirements from business functions, identify the reporting/BI pain points, and select the proper methods, systems and data to present the information in an easy and user-friendly way. Will need to understand the various data sources of the D&T landscape of Athenian Brewery, acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems. Assist in data modeling and data transformation as well as coordinating data management operations to ensure data quality. Will actively seek for improvement opportunities in the reporting landscape, assist business in the designing of reports and act as a data guardian. Contribute to the implementation and support of planned Data related solutions and changes.
Key Accountabilities:
Create, update and maintain D&T project deliverables (business requirements, functional design, user stories, issues lists). Assist in data management, ensure master data integrity in key systems, identify areas for data quality improvements and resolve data quality issues, define and implement data controls to ensure that data are accurate, complete, secure, and reliable. Understand the end-to-end service and business impact from a user’s perspective, not just the technical or functional components. Work closely with internal resources and external parties to ensure timely delivery and maintenance of the agreed solutions. Support test scenarios creation and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure that the solutions meet the agreed criteria and quality standards. Provide support on operational issues, propose potential solutions and support the implementation of improvements to corresponding implemented applications.
Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or in a relevant technology-related field. 0-3 years of work experience (FMCGs will be considered a plus). Excellent command of English, both written and spoken. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Team player with strong business acumen. Demonstrate lightweight Project Management experience and ability to coordinate initiatives across multiple teams in a multicultural environment. Experience with Microsoft Cloud technologies Saas,PaaS (Azure, PowerBI, Fabric). Nice to have: Experience with SAP BW, SAP ERP, Familiarity with Agile SCRUM framework.
