Key Responsibilities:

\n\n\n\tProvide expert consulting services related to Microsoft Dynamics D365, AX modules, and custom built extensions.\n\tCreate insightful reports using tools like Power BI and SSRS.\n\tSupport Microsoft Dynamics 365, Office 365, SharePoint, Azure, and cloud migration projects.\n\n\n

Ideal Candidate:

\n\n\n\tDemonstrated experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP/CRM applications \n\tMedium to Strong SQL and troubleshooting/configuration skills\n\tProven ability to solve complex problems and deliver results.\n\tExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\n\tA passion for learning and continuous improvement.\n\n\n

General Consulting

\n\n\n\tAbility to communicate effectively with analysts, developers, testers, management, and clients.\n\tAbility to clearly document own work products and review/contribute to the documentation across complex assignments\n\tAccountable for quality, completeness, and on-time delivery of an assigned project.\n\tDeveloping data strategy for complex assignments.\n\tA problem-solving mindset, with the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise and find effective solutions;\n\n\n

Functional Support & Configuration

\n\n\n\tExperience with Dynamics 365/AX modules (CRM, ERP, F&O, etc.) and Power Platform customization\n\tSubject matter expertise for implementing or supporting Dynamics 365 and/or Dynamics AX systems to meet business/customer needs\n\tExperience around documentation, training, and customer support for software support and implementations\n\tFamiliarity around core CRM, SCM and ERP business processes (e.g. Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, and Order-to-Cash).\n\tUnderstanding of critical business transactional flows including the ability to communicate with subject matter experts in the business to meet objectives.\n\n\n

Additional Nice to Have Skills 

\n\n\n\tVarious programming languages (AL, VBA, Python, .NET, APIs, DAX) to integrate various data sources and streamline data processing.\n\tDeveloping, designing or supporting reporting platforms or analytical tools including Power BI\n\tAbility to develop SSIS Packages for data dumps, data migration, and data transformation\n\tETL scripts and processes for data migrations or integrations\n\tNon-relational databases\n\tExperience in SQL Server Stored procedures, functions\n\tServer or Azure Cloud administration\n\n\n

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

\n\n\n\t5 plus years of related experience.\n\tPreviously employed by MSP provider or consulting company or as part of an internal IT organization\n\tProven experience as a Project Engineer/System Engineer or similar role within an IT environment;\n\tFamiliarity with Dynamics 365, Office 365, SharePoint, and Azure platforms;\n\n\n
