Job Description:
To support and continuously improve the Procure-to-Pay (P2P), in particular Source to Receipt (S2R), Indirect buying process and systems, driving efficiency and effectiveness within Commercial. The Functional Expert is the primary contact for S2P Helpdesk and MGS CS teams of the SAP ARIBA systems and for any related issues arising from the buying process. The Functional Expert role includes providing operational support, sharing knowledge, training, issue resolution, CIP identification and escalation to Mars DT for the Commercial areas of S2R buying in respective clusters. In addition, the role is responsible for project and change management support to the business for ARIBA and CLM systems upgrades and provide roll out consultancy to new ARIBA sites.
