In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, configure, and optimize the system to align with business needs. You will be responsible for ensuring successful implementations and driving improvements in our D365 environment across various business functions, such as Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Customer Service.

Responsibilities:

Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for D365, providing guidance and insights into system capabilities and best practicesCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for D365 modules - Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Engagement, etc.Work closely with technical teams to design and implement solutions that align with business processes and objectivesDevelop detailed functional specifications, use cases, and process flows to support system customization and configurationAssist in data migration, system testing, and validation to ensure successful implementation and upgradesMonitor system performance and address user concerns or issues in a timely mannerUtilize recommended best practices and a thorough understanding of D65 F&O functionality to create new features and/or fix reported issues and bugsStay updated on D365 updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions

Required skills:

5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with 3 years focusing on D365 F&OProficient in requirements gathering, process mapping, and functional design documentationExperience in implementing and supporting Dynamics 365 solutionsExperience with Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)Experience with Azure services and cloud integrationsExperience with integration tools and techniques - APIs, middlewareExperience with DevOps processes for continuous improvementBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
