Job Description A pet insurance company based in NYC is looking for their next functional QA Lead to take control over a new division of their company. This company specializes in giving pet owners peace of mind in situations where our furry friends need some medical attention. They are looking to branch out into wellness plans for pets as well and you will be focused on this new team. This is a unique position as you will play a large part in shaping the QA environment, understanding the development road map, and developing strategies to greatly enhance the automation testing. As far as tech stack is concerned, someone with experience coding in Python, Ruby or JavaScript is going to stand out. Having a diverse tech stack and exposure with various automation frameworks and tools as well as being easily adaptable is ideal. They are also looking for someone with experience doing API testing as well as being able to integrate testing practices into CI/CD pipelines to automate quality checks.
