Kforce's client, a leading Family Office and Asset Manager in New York, NY is seeking a Fund Accounting Manager to support the accounting, reporting, and finance functions of its fund businesses. This is a family office and asset manager that has a +80-year track record. The client is experiencing a significant growth phase. For fund accountants who want stability, a long-term home, but also dynamic growth, this is a great role for you to pursue. You will report to the Head of Fund Operations and Accounting and be their right hand. In this role, you will support these functions: * Fund administration, including managing and collaborating with external fund administrators * Cash management * Audit support * Performance reporting * Building systems, policies, procedures, infrastructure, and a team to support a major growth phase for the company (assets and funds) * Supporting operational due diligence including working closely with outside investors (other family offices, foundations, pensions, asset allocators and advisory/consulting businesses) * Building processes, policies and procedures to support fund and asset growth
