Facilitates day-to-day functions with key Touchstone Fund service providers - custodian, liquidity vendor, 22c2 vendor, fund accountant, transfer agent, sub-advisors, prime broker, commission recapture vendors and sub-administrator. Coordinates problem resolution with and between Touchstone service providers. Works closely with Touchstone sub-advisors and custodian to research and resolve issues, implement new foreign market registration, maintain oversight on custody account balances and the Securities Lending program. Helps to facilitate operational aspects of various Touchstone strategic product initiatives. Assists with regulatory oversight of Touchstone's third party broker-dealer omnibus relationships to ensure adherence to the industry and firm's policies and procedures for underlying shareholders. Analyzes business processes looking for process improvement and operational efficiencies, and implements new policies, procedures and controls. Communicates with all other departments that comprise the IFS business, and has significant interaction with Touchstone Treasury and Compliance teams. Works in close coordination with other departments to assure that Touchstone's operational aspects of regulatory disclosures are reviewed and validated. Works within established guidelines, analyzes, identifies and resolves problems, and completes routine and non-routine operations projects.

Responsibilities

What you will do:

Works directly with the Senior Fund Administration Manager to implement Touchstone strategic initiatives.Performs review of operational aspects within Touchstone Regulatory Filings, providing comment to legal by the requested deadline. Ensures consistency across trusts in the documentation and inclusion of any new regulations or best practices learned from industry involvement. Identifies problem areas and develops recommendations for disclosure changes to eliminate compliance, legal, operational, reputational and financial risk. Update DTCC Mutual Fund profile to maintain consistency to filings.Performs daily monitoring of custody accounts looking for overdrafts or anomalies, and researching and escalating when necessary. Performs monthly monitoring and validation of custody invoices. Performs Review, validation, and tracking of print, and liquidity vendor invoices. Serves as backup for print mail, liquidity provider and other vendor invoices. Submits to management for secondary review.Assists with resolving day-to-day operational issues for the Touchstone sub-advisors, 22c2 vendor, liquidity vendors, custodian, prime broker and commission recapture platforms. Coordinates onboarding calls for new and transitioning relationships.Completes fund onboarding documentation and routine due diligence requests from consultants and financial intermediaries for fund information. Ensures a secondary review within department is completed to ensure accuracy before submission.Understands how processes and systems interact and affect other areas of the company. Works collaboratively with management to develop recommendations, identifying improvement opportunities in speed, quality and cost effectiveness. Makes recommendations and implements workflow, process or system enhancements to continually enhance operational efficiency.Facilitates the Market Registration function with Funds' Custodian to prioritize market openings for Funds permitted to invest abroad. Communicates status with Sub-Advisor, Finance and Product Management team members as appropriate. Completes annual POA renewals for required markets. Facilicates annual 8802 completion in order to obtain fund specific Certificates of Residency from IRS as appliableReviews and approves Blue Sky renewals submitted by the transfer agency for Touchstone Funds per FINRA policies and in accordance with the associated procedures of the Funds. Performs oversight of service provider's process via access to blue sky reporting portal. Completes month reconciliation of sales activity at Transfer Agent to blue sky vendor.Leads weekly call to monitors the status of ongoing documentation needs with internal counsel, updating and folllowing up on target dates as necessary Communicates agreement status to various levels of internal and external customers.Performs other duties as assignedComplies with all policies and standards Qualifications Bachelor's Degree Or commensurate selection criteria experience consisting of two to five years of financial services industry experience. (Required)4-6 years Experience in financial services. (Required)Demonstrated project management experience in executing and maintaining a project plan. (Required)Proven experience handling multiple duties and completing assigned tasks accurately and on a timely basis. Work Setting/Position Demands:

Works in an office setting that frequently requires being in a stationary position for long periods of time while working at a desk, on a computer or with other standard office equipment, or while in meetings. Performs frequent movement of wrists, hands and fingers for continuous computer work. Extended hours required during peak workloads, special projects and client or system conversions. Ocassional travel for service providor oversight and industry conferences.
