An exciting and challenging role within the fund administration supporting the Swiss Bank (CICSB) in Zurich.
•Preparing the financial statements of liquid and illiquid funds, foundations, and managed accounts with domicile Switzerland.
•Ensuring a correct set-up of our fee management and executing the fees payments of our investment funds, the management company, and our partners.
•Acting as the main contact person for queries of the auditor, regulator, internal stakeholders and supporting in client queries.
•Responsible for the calculation and booking of required tax related bookings based on FTA circular 24.
•Responsible for the calculation and instruction of the income appropriation (distribution, accumulation, reinvestment), based on the specific tax requirements.
•Supporting in typical fund administration tasks, such as regulatory reporting, class actions claims, quality checks, etc.
