Our Kforce client, a Florida based Real Estate firm located in Fort Lauderdale, FL, is seeking to hire a Fund Controller to join their company. Responsibilities: * Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements * Timely and accurate reporting of fund performances to stakeholders * Coordinate with auditor during annual audit process * Oversee the accounting functions of the fund, including the maintenance of the general ledger and subsidiary ledgers * Proper recording of transactions, including investments, distributions and fee calculations * Reconcile bank accounts and manage cash flow * Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and regulatory requirements * Analyze fund performance metrics * Prepare reports for investors * Utilize technology and software to streamline operations and reporting processes
