Description We are in search of a Fund Controller to join our team in the Financial Services industry, located in Palo Alto, California. As a Fund Controller, you will be involved in various operations such as handling distributions, cap calls, audits, and fund financials. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of venture capital funds • Managing distributions and capital calls efficiently and timely • Ensuring audits are conducted regularly and effectively • Maintaining and updating fund financials accurately • Utilizing skills in Private Equity to enhance fund performance • Applying knowledge in Fund Accounting to manage and control fund assets • Analyzing Financial Statements to assess the financial status and performance of the funds • Handling Distribution Agreements to ensure all terms and conditions are met and adhered to.
