Responsibilities: Responsible for performing activities related to fund payments, expense ratios, expense accruals, and additional expense and performance reporting, as deemed necessary. Assists with analysis conducted on the financial statements regarding expenses and associated liabilities. Ensures compliance with departmental policies, procedures and timelines needed to complete expense analyses/reporting. + Responsible for processing monthly invoices and associated wire payments. + Analysis of monthly fund expense ratios. + Preparation of monthly variable expense accrual budgeting. + Preparation and review of monthly contractual expense wires and reporting. + Completes established expense reporting as directed for all required periods (i.e. monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual). + Responsible for any research items associated with billing, accruals and ratios. + Preparation and review of various monthly/quarterly expense reporting. + Provides ad hoc expense ratio/data information as deemed necessary.
