A nationally recognized Finance & Banking practice is seeking a mid-level associate (4–6 years) to join its Fund Finance team in Washington, DC. This position offers the opportunity to work on complex fund finance transactions with high-profile clients across the private equity and investment fund landscape.

  Key Responsibilities: Represent lenders and fund sponsors in a wide range of subscription credit facilities and other fund finance transactions Draft and negotiate loan documents and fund-related agreements Manage deal process and client communication alongside partners and senior attorneys Conduct due diligence and support closings on complex credit arrangements   Qualifications: 4–6 years of finance experience at a law firm, with exposure to fund finance strongly preferred Excellent academic credentials and legal research skills Superior verbal and written communication abilities Must be licensed and in good standing in DC   Compensation: Salary range: $275,000 – $350,000, depending on experience
