Job Title: Global Fund Finance - Open-Ended Funds - BXPE - AVP

Work directly with internal and external teams to assist in the preparation and review of the 10-Q, 10-K, and other recurring SEC filings and ensure new transactions are appropriately disclosed Collaborate with various teams to prepare accounting policy memos for new transactions and analyze new accounting standards to determine impact on the fundCoordinate with internal and external auditors; oversee SOX controls and documentationWork directly with internal and external teams to ensure the financial results are appropriately recorded in the fund’s financial statementsResponsible for regulatory reportingWork with internal and external teams to monitor the liquidity of the entire fund structure including supporting treasury operations for investor subscriptions, redemptions and distributions; liaising with stakeholders to ensure sufficient cash is available when and where required; coordinate with the appointed service providers to monitor funds available for distribution to support the fund’s distribution policyResponsible for quarterly close of BX deliverables  Assist with ad hoc analysis and projectsManaging and mentoring junior staff

Qualifications:

BS (or above) in Accounting or Finance is requiredCPA license is preferred6 + years of public/private accounting experienceExperience with SEC reporting and public companies is requiredExperience with open-ended funds and/or private equity industry is preferredStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to thrive in a team-based environment.Highly organized and proactive.Ability to work effectively in a dynamic culture.Detail oriented and possess strong work ethic; ability to multi-task and execute a wide range of assignments; strong time management skillsIdeal candidates would have a commitment to excellence in their work product and a desire to learn and grow as a professional

Expected annual base salary range:

$125,000 - $185,000

Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.

Additional compensation: Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
