Role Description

We are now hiring a Fund SME (Subject matter expert) to join our enthusiastic team, in our new and modern office in the centre of Stockholm.
Your role is wide-ranging.
You are a process expert within the team, deal with complex issues and deliver resolution. You are capable of analysing problems and identifying the core issues and generating appropriate solutions using sound judgement to solve problems.
You provide support to Operations and the business as a whole, based on your comprehensive and up-to-date technical understanding of platform functionality and operations.
As a Specialist, you actively monitor future market changes and are able to assess the impact of the changes on the team's operations, participate in the planning, documenting, testing and implementation of changes along with supporting the team. You strive to continuously improve the processes in place and ensure that they are up-to-date, correct, of high quality and efficient.
Experience required
Required Knowledge & Skills
A degree or equivalent in a finance, business or numerate discipline.
Operations experience within the Wealth Management / Platform industry.
Expertise in the Swedish market and regulation
Experience in Mutual fund asset transfers journey between Swedish providers on the Swedish market
An expertise in fund administration
Experience in client services.
Experience in using Excel for data analysis.
The ability to work accurately and to deadlines.
Capability of managing multiple priorities at the same time and take personal responsibility for achieving them
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Self-motivated and ability to quickly learn new things
Good team work skills and ability to share your experiences and thoughts with your colleagues
English and Swedish fluent
Preferred Knowledge & Skills
Proposition knowledge of platform industry, from Retail Client to Asset Servicing delivery.
Technical operational knowledge relative to the team under role holders’ remit,
Change management experience,
Understand of risk/compliance policies and processes for a financial services business
Able to demonstrate understanding of regulations that apply within the region
