Fundraising Coordinator - Dunkin' Joy in Childhood Foundation

RESPONSIBILITIES
Event Program Support and Implementation:
Collaborate with the Foundation event leads to execute national and regional fundraising events programs, including coordinating with the national board of directors, franchisees, and Dunkin’ employees. Provide support for annual fundraising events including major galas, golf tournament, regional dinners, allowing timelines to be met and events successfully executed. Build and maintain event-specific websites, ensuring technical standards are met. Manage event invitations and guest lists and provide back-end support of guest-related activities. Partner with the Communications Manager to implement event specific communication calendar and plan Ensure all reporting deadlines and funding requirements are met, overseeing agreements, cultivation, and stewardship systems. Attend committee meetings and drafting post-meeting correspondence and action items to committee members.Boston Support Center Chapter Management:
Maintain consistent and timely communication with chapter co-chairs and ambassadors regarding Foundation activities. Lead fundraising initiatives and Dunkin’ Joy in Childhood-related employee engagement opportunities within the chapter in collaboration with chapter and event leadership. Assist in promoting the regional grant program by securing impactful grant nominations from employees.Foundation Stewardship Support:
Contribute to the Foundation’s stewardship plan in partnership with the Senior Specialist, Communications Manager, and Senior Coordinator Support the donor acknowledgement process, including refreshing acknowledgement letters on an annual basis and producing timely acknowledgement letters for mailing.Administrative Functions:
Reconcile budgets for assigned events and ensure timely closing of events and receipt of funds. Process and sort mail Monitor Foundation inbox Additional tasks as assigned Provide support with gift processing and event related data entry Support donor acknowledgement process ensuring timely recognition of giftsEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferredRelevant nonprofit and/or community relations experience preferred. Fundraising experience preferred. Experience in Raisers Edge or similar CRM preferredREQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES
Preferred experience in fundraising, event coordination, and relationship management. Demonstrated ability to work with and manage volunteers effectively. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to project manage. A self-starter with the ability to set priorities, multi-task and remain focused within a rigorous, fast-paced and quickly changing environment. Exemplary interpersonal, active listening, and facilitation skills.
