As a CIB Treasury Funds Transfer Pricing Vice President, you will be at the forefront of managing the liquidity and capital positions of our investment banking businesses. This critical function is essential for establishing transparent, market-based funds transfer pricing policies and enhancing our collateral and liquidity risk management capabilities.
As a Corporate Investment Banking Treasury (CIBT) Funds Transfer Pricing Vice President within Corporate Investment Banking Finance and Business Management, you will manage the liquidity and capital positions of the investment banking businesses. Your role will involve working closely with Corporate Treasury and Liquidity Risk Oversight to develop consolidated liquidity risk metrics and coordinate analysis and reporting for regulators and rating agencies. You will be responsible for enhancing the forecasting and budgeting processes, defining and documenting the operating model, and producing actual profit and loss reporting and analysis. Additionally, you will work on improving the interoperability between Funds Transfer Pricing and liquidity policy and adapting Funds Transfer Pricing processes to changes in the liquidity framework. This role offers the opportunity to innovate and promote technology improvements, and to interact with treasury teams across Corporate Investment Banking and Treasury and Chief Investment Office, Line of Business controllers, financial controllers, external reporting, and front office.
Job responsibilities
Enhance the forecasting and budgeting processesDefine and memorialize the operating model with the CIBT Planning and Analysis teamProduce CIBT actuals P&L reporting and analysis (inclusive of TCIO allocation and allocated to CIB LOBs)Document FTP policy and liaison with the internal control groupsOversee allocation of monthly funding costs through balance sheet funding engine and face off against business controllers on FTP policy changes and inquiries. Devise ways to automate FTP processes and drive technology improvementsDesign MIS to provide transparency and business analyticsImprove the interoperability between FTP and liquidity policy and adopt FTP processes to changes in the liquidity frameworkInteract with the treasury teams across CIB and TCIO, LOB controllers, financial controllers, external reporting, and front office.Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
