NorthStar Memorial Group is seeking a Funeral Support Supervisor at Chapel of the Chimes - Oakland. Our administrative teams assume the crucial role of ensuring seamless operations throughout every stage of the delicate client family life cycle, from the initial meeting with families, until final arrangements are made. We serve as the cornerstone of our client family support structure, acting as the glue that holds everything together. The Funeral Support Supervisor is responsible for aiding location management by assisting in tasks as needed to ensure clients and guests are satisfied with their memorial services.
Responsibilities
Monitors daily service and staffing schedules to ensure proper coverage Works closely with Funeral Home Manager to develop goals, ensure compliance and promote exceptional customer service Establishes and maintains strong business relationships with families Maintains reverence and respect for the deceased at all times Assists funeral directors with events held on site, including services and arrangement conferences Conduct regular training sessions with Staff Associates, inspect their work, respond to their questions and issues, and monitor and approve their weekly timecardsQualifications
High School Diploma Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record. High level of compassion and integrity Ability to handle difficult situationsPay range:$25-27/hr.
