Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Furnace Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for loading materials and overseeing the furnace operating process. You will monitor the heat treating process, ensure proper procedures are followed when setting up the furnace, and load fixtures, bins, and baskets. Additionally, you will conduct basic visual inspections to ensure the quality of the output.

Work Environment
This role requires working from 8 pm to 6 am, Monday to Thursday. You will be part of a team of 11 people in the manufacturing department. Safety is paramount, and you will be provided with steel-toed shoes and safety glasses. The dress code includes jeans and a plain shirt.

This is a Contract to hire position based out of Ipswich, Massachusetts.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
