Program Summary

Provide administrative assistance and coordination to maintain and track land opportunities, prepare feasibility books, and interface with escrow and title companies, brokers, attorneys, and various consultants—the ability to handle priorities under pressure.

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to department managers, including maintaining land acquisition files and organizing land opportunities when required.Assist in coordination and communication with legal counsel, architects, brokers, and consultants in acquisition efforts while monitoring deposit payments and closing of escrow schedules.Manage due diligence budgets, expedite invoice payments, and maintain market research files and reports.Track incoming and outgoing mail and faxes, assist in making minor adjustments to financial proformas, and distribute internal feasibility memos.Prepare collateral material (aerial photos, maps, exhibits, etc.), assemble and distribute feasibility folders, and coordinate market research and consultant schedules.

Requirements:

Graduating from a 4-year College or University (between December 2025 and May 2026, preferred) Working towards a bachelor’s degree in construction, civil engineering, architecture, business, or similar degree.Must be authorized to work in the United States without needing employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. Lennar will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity (No Sponsorship is available for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, F-1, J1, Opt, CPT, or any other employment-based visa). Professional work ethic, good organizational and interpersonal skills.Math, verbal, and written communication skills. Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and valid auto insurance coverage.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software and JD Edwards systems experience preferred.Home building or title company experience is strongly preferred.Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Analytical and problem-solving skills.Organizational skills and attention to detail.Interpersonal and customer service skills.
