This position has the opportunity to earn incentive pay.** **Position Purpose:** **Ensures that members are promptlyand professionally served by performing teller functions, performing a broadvariety of member services functions or promoting/cross selling credit unionproducts and services.** **Job Duties(include but not limited to):** + **Performing financial transactions such ascash withdrawals, deposits, transfers, loan payments and more per credit unionpractices and policies.** + **Cross selling credit union products andservices to provide high quality member service and reach credit union goalsand objectives** + **Balances daily transactions andverifies cash totals. Investigates and resolves out-of-balance conditions.** + **Ensures that members' requestsand questions are promptly resolved whether in person, over the phone, or via othercommunication methods.** + **Ensures that the Credit Union'squality reputation is maintained and projected.** **Qualifications:** + **High School Graduate or equivalent required** + **Customer service experience preferred** + **Sales experience preferred** **Skills/Abilities:** + Goodcommunication skills + Professionalappearance, dress, and attitude + Goodmath skills + Able tooperate related computer applications and basic business equipment + Goodtyping skills EOE M/F/Disability/Veteran
