Fuze Assembly

•    Assemble mechanical fuze components, including primers and detonators, according to technical specifications and safety standards.
•    Conduct inspections and tests to verify the functionality and reliability of assembled fuze components.
•    Identify and address any defects or inconsistencies in the assembly process.
•    Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations related to the handling and assembly of explosive materials.
•    Maintain accurate records of assembly processes, inspections, and test results.
•    Report any issues or deviations from standard procedures to the supervisor.
•    Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of assembly tools and equipment.
•    Ensure all equipment is in good working condition and report any malfunctions.
 

Education Qualification:

Diploma from NCVT or equivalent as fitter, mechanical mechanic or related discipline.

Experiences:

Proven 6+ years’ experience in in the assembly of mechanical fuze components, including primers and     detonators. Strong attention to detail and precision in assembly work. Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols related to explosive materials. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
