Role/Department:
The Practice Oversight Specialist for FX and Brokerage will be responsible for oversight and the administration of the practice obligations, governance, control framework and monitoring compliance with Banking & Markets regulatory requirements. As a subject area expert, the successful candidate, provides proactive leadership and guidance to strengthen compliance with FX and Brokerage regulations, internal Resiliency programs, and Operational Risk. This individual provides operational strategies to minimize risk and assure compliance with relevant legislation and obligations. In addition, they will provide oversight of an effective framework of resiliency including adherence to business continuity, risk self-assessment, vendor and application standards.

Uses expertise to provide guidance to others as a project manager or consultant. Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in own job discipline or field. Operations/audit/control/risk partner with knowledge of the relevant business practice including its strategic goals, associated products and supporting operational functions.Excellent attention to detail and organization skills. Ability to managing multiple priorities.Ability to systematically assess & challenge existing processes.Knowledge of risk management techniques and proven ability to identify and asses risk in business processes, migration activity and new products.Approachable and able to promote teamwork through creative solutionsStrong communication both written and oral with the ability to synthesize information into concise and structured outputNegotiation and analytical skills are necessary to consult with partners/clients throughout the organization as well as regulators and auditors.Effective project management skills are essential to help drive various initiatives.Ability to sell the value added benefit of the oversight function.Self-starter with the ability to function independently in a fast-paced, dynamic and demanding environment.Knowledge of FX and Brokerage products and associated regulatory landscape and industry best practicesBroad Knowledge of CLM and Client Onboarding Lifecy would be advantageousActs as a resource for colleagues with less experienceMay lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirementsWorking with Us:
