What is the opportunity?
This front-office facing role within Quantitative and Technology Services (QTS)
consists of developing applications for the FX Options desk within the RAMPP (Risk, Analytics, Modelling, Pricing & Processing) organization.
You will be working closely with the business to create innovative and high-quality technology solutions to support business growth and innovation. This is an opportunity to work closely with highly-engaged clients on
client and server-based pricing technologies.
What will you do?
Collaborate and facilitate decision making with stakeholders (Trading and Quants)Develop full stack systems to support new FX Derivatives products and connectivity to external vendorsHelp architect new solutions to improve our product offeringWork autonomously to develop, test and deploy systemsProvide second-level technical supportWhat do you need to succeed?
Must have:
Strong C++ 14/17 development skills on Linux or WindowsTDD and test automationStrong focus on delivering working software to productionExcellent attention to detail, with strong code review skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, able to work in a globally distributed team of both colleagues and business stakeholdersNice-to-have
Python developmentKnowledge of financial markets derivatives, ideally FXExperience with HTML5 UIs using JavaScript/TypeScript, ideally reactContinuous integration systems such as Jenkins, and version control systems such as GITKnowledge of messaging and communication protocols such as TCP/IP and data serialisationWhat is in it for you?
