As a Junior Analyst in CEM Trading, you will help senior traders on the Risk Management of the main positions the desk holds as well as Market Making Brazil FX products and may support all aspects of the trading desk: pre-trade analysis, research, inbound and outbound trade processing

Job Responsibilities:

Support traders in day-to-day activities, including trade execution and monitoring. Automate manual processes to improve efficiency and accuracy. Interact with international and local sales teams to provide comprehensive client coverage. Collaborate with Middle/Back-Office teams to ensure accurate trade matching and settlement. Assist senior traders in managing risk, liquidity, and exposure. Take lead on a number of daily processes as well as ad hoc requests, in effort to equip the trading desk with pertinent market data while enhancing your own understanding of the market

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field. Strong programming skills, with proficiency in Python, Excel, and VBA. Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills. Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with an entrepreneurial drive. Ability to succeed in a dynamic, fast-paced, and open environment. Superior time management and multitasking skills to handle live transactions and daily tasks.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

Familiarity with Bloomberg and financial trading platforms. 0-1 year of professional experience in a similar role.
