Your tasks and responsibilities:
1. Synchronize new order income/delivery book in SAP and HQ SAP system to ensure financial date to be synchronized globally.确认新订单及发货的准时进入及订单信息在系统间的同步传递,以确保全球财务数据同步。2. Measurement of compliance with the delivery quantities and deadlines, in order to initiate proactive measures for optimizing delivery reliability in good time.通过协调发货数量和期限是否符合订单要求,及时地采取积极措施提高发货可靠性。3. Dispatch invoicing for finished goods in time, in order to ensure timely dispatch and delivery reliability to the customer and a corresponding value flow. To ensure the relevant sales income can be booked in time.及时检查成品的发货时间和调度/发票开具以确保对客户的准时调度和交付可靠性及相应的价值流,以确保相应的销售收益及时入账。
Your qualifications and experience:
1. Bachelor degree or above本科或以上学历2. Good English skills (oral/writing/listening)良好的英语听说读写能力3. Strong communication skill较强的沟通能力4. Basic commercial knowledge具备商务基础概念5. Understanding on whole supply chain operation logic了解并理解供应链整体运作理念
